Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA®)
We are seeking a skilled BCBA to join our team and assist our patients in identifying and addressing problematic behaviors that may be hindering their progress. As a BCBA, you will collaborate with families and medical professionals to develop effective treatment plans, observe patient behaviors, and maintain detailed session notes to guide the treatment process. By working with patients in a personalized and unique way, you will help them achieve meaningful behavioral improvements and progress towards their goals.
Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts (LABA)
A Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) is responsible for delivering behavior analysis services aimed at helping individuals develop new behaviors that directly address challenging behaviors or function as appropriate replacements for them. Additionally, these services may involve increasing desirable behavior, decreasing problematic behavior, and teaching individuals to exhibit behavior in specific environmental contexts. Through personalized and unique support, the LABA plays a crucial role in fostering meaningful behavioral change and progress.
Behavior Technicians (RBT®)
As a Behavioral Technician, your primary responsibility is to deliver effective clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. You will utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to support these children in their home, community, and school settings, providing personalized care and guidance. Through your unique and compassionate approach, you will help these children make meaningful progress towards their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
